What are tags?
Tags are used to organize the contents of Folio, but they are more dynamic and there can be many more. Unlike categories, tags are not hierarchical: they all have the same level.
You can use them to organize your content more precisely. If the categories serve to define the main sections and structure the content, the tags are useful for fine-tuning and disaggregating the content in the different topics you address. Unlike categories, tags are not indexable.
Examples: Work in process, Girona, Sant Jordi, Please comment!, Video.
Contents (keywords), formats, locations, things in common, etc.
How to add tags to Folio entries?
To the right of the space to edit the entry, there are several boxes with options to define: of publication, ActiFolio, categories and tags. There is a text box where you can add as many tags as you want, separated by commas, which will be embedded in the entry you are editing.
