We invite you to discover WordPress categories and the options that will allow you to organize the contents of your Folio.
What are categories?
Categories are a way of organizing your notes offered by WordPress. They are hierarchical, so you can have categories within other categories.
You can use them to organize your Folio content, as they define the main sections of the content and are indexable.
How to add categories to posts?
1) Add new categories from the posts menu
In the left menu, where the board features are located, you will find the “Posts” section, which includes the categories.
In this menu you can add some categories to organize the contents of your Folio, such as the different areas that are worked on in the subjects of your studies. In addition, you can track your activity over the years. If necessary, you can create categories and subcategories, and include them within the main ones.
Examples: Hobbies, Featured works, Real experiences (non-academic), Experiences in other centers
2) Assigning categories to published posts
You can assign categories to posts, both those you have already created and new posts. To do this, when you create or edit a post, you must indicate in which categories you want to include it, using the category box found below the publication and ActiFolio options.
